The latest Comic Book Storytelling assignment! This week we had to use a famous location over multiple views...so...easter island! I wrestled for a concept for a little while (I was gone this weekend, so the pressure was on!) and I finally came up with this, and I'm pretty happy with it. Would that I had more time to finesse the color! Alas :/
As ever, I am so sick of this right now.
Ah well, hopefully sometime in the future I'll have more lead time to make sure I can take the time to do what needs to get done. Hope y'all like it, anyways!

You really pulled off the atmosphere of the island, And the expressions really make the character there. And not to mention the slammin’ shading there! Great job! huh Easter Island heads are hella cool :B

Damn it all, this makes me want smoothies somethin' fierce. Still don't get why you put yourself down about colour, as I think you're far stronger it than you may think. Other than playing with the pacing a bit at the end (I feel like a close shot of his surprise followed by a zoom out with a bit more of an "Oh. Fruit," expression would be quite nice), this turned out beautifully.
