Aww! That was awesome! I remember an experience quite similar to that one, though it didn't involve donuts. I just got back from a trip to Australia, and I live down south, so I was deprived of sweet tea for ages, because they don't have it there. When I got back home, I think I must have drank a whole pitcher. It was bliss.

ANYWAY, I love this. It brings back warm memories, and the excitement of coming home after being stuck on a flight for more than adequate amounts of time.

Uhm. But food in Europe is so nice! I stopped eating in Subway since Rome. Well, but a donut after 20 hours of flying fits so good!

For me it's the opposite, sorta: I come from Europe, but the minute I get of the plane in the States, I go to the nearest junk food store or fast-food, and gobble up all I can! I just looooove american junk food (especially KFC, cheese macs, and those incredible bacon and eggs breakfast you can get for like, less than 5$!)

You have a really awesome art style. It reminds me a little of the "Howl's Moving Castle"-style coloring and lighting, with more Western new-style inking and character design. It's quite real-feeling!
