This week's piece for Jon Foster's cover-to-cover class!
This week we had an as-yet-unreleased book to work with called Boneshaker. The main selling point was that it's Steampunk...other than that we really didn't get much info on the plot, so I took some liberties.
I'm pretty pleased with how it came out...especially considering that, pencil-to-color, I did it overnight. Personal best!
I'd like to dip back into this and get some more light in on the foreground, but generally I'm OK enough with it to post it and leave it alone for a while. Life continue to move forward...onwards and upwards! Next week: Midsummer Night's Dream!

The shapes in this are just gorgeous! It's neat how you made the details inside the main shapes subtle ^_^ Nice typography as well!
