More fun with black inks!
I am so in love with inking now...I didn't think I'd even like it!
Anyways, this is the latest Fred Lynch assignment...a 'downtown story'. We basically had to illustrate a true story worth telling about downtown Providence, so I decided to do this piece about my excursions inside my monster-suit, Croceus. This went from being the piece I was least excited about to one I'm really happy with...as usual, I could say TONS, but I'll keep it to a minimum. It's just nice to feel excited about my work as a whole again...to feel like I'm learning. Much credit goes to my wonderful girlfriend, Fabiola who stayed up with me and told me when my color was stupid...she made those clouds
